Modernstate is one of the most interesting and long-standing independent musicians in Portland, OR. His music requires a sense of how to find melody in chaos, hearing the change in vibrations over notes, and at times standing on the other side to peer back at the conventions of an alienating society. "This is Life" is only one-part to the end of Modernstate’s set that night. We hope to get the very last minutes up soon in a track titled "The Clouds". But you might have to wait for the new site to hear it.
We’re scheduling shows again! And we’re hitting the back-list catalog to get some long neglected shows from earlier in the year mixed down. So, keep checking back here each weekend for free, new tracks!

if you broadcast it and they listen or it moved them, they will reply! Plus people are just looking for what ever it is their looking for and move on, they probably don’t grasp the term progression. comments fuel progression, what ever the media be.
